WELCOME TO “VILLA CALLISTA” IN CYPRUS

“Villa Callista” is a modern, newly built and privately owned air-conditioned villa with its own private swimming pool located in the picturesque village of Tala, close to Paphos.  The villa is set in an elevated position with magnificent views over the valley to Paphos and the crystal clear Mediterranean sea  beyond.

The villa has spacious gardens with swimming pool and sunloungers.  The villa comes with the services of a housekeeper and pool maintenance person.

Accommodation Consists of:

First Floor:

There are two bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities.  The double bedroom has a full bathroom, including bath with shower over.  The twin bedroom also has ensuite facilities with a shower. Both bedrooms have fitted beech veneer wardrobes, with bedside tables.  Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans, and open out onto spacious verandas, offering wonderful views of both hillside and the Mediterranean sea beyond. 

All linen and towels are provided, but NOT beach/pool towels.

Ground Floor:

This is open plan with a large, well furnished modern lounge area with Colour Television with DVD player, and seperate Stereo for playing all your favourite CD's. We also have a PlayStation2 with a selection of games, to keep the children (or adults!!) occupied. There is also a dining area which is well equipped with a table and seating for up to 4 people.

The ground floor is air-conditioned for comfort and also has a ceiling fan .  All floors are tiled throughout, with  staircase leading to the first floor. There is a convenient cloakroom/WC on the ground floor.

The modern, fully fitted and well equipped  kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.  There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.  There is ample cupboard space, and includes all the essentials you are likely to need during your stay.

Outside:

Patio doors lead out onto the spacious covered terrace, complete with table and chairs, with seating for four. There is also a gas barbeque for your use.  This is an ideal area for enjoying alfresco dining, and enjoying a drink or two watching the sun setting over the crystal clear Mediterranean sea!

The private swimming pool is of a good size, and its surrounding terracing offers plenty of space for working on your tan on the sunloungers provided.  The pool itself slopes from 1 to 2 metres in depth.  The pool, terraces and gardens provide panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, of Paphos town and on towards the sea. 

Car parking is available on the private driveway.

Notes:

For the convenience of our guests "Villa Callista" has a no-smoking policy. Due to being outside of Paphos town, we recommend that guests hire a car to make full use of the facilities of the area and also for convenience.
