Climate of Cyprus:

Renowned for its pleasant Mediterranean climate, Cyprus enjoys long dry summers and mild winters.  The sun shines for approximately 340 days per year and the light rainy season is confined to the period between November and March. 

During the island’s mild winter, almond trees blossom and Citrus fruit ripens while the mountains are covered in a blanket of snow.

With milder temperatures on the coast, it is possible to spend a morning basking on the sun-drenched beaches and swimming in the Mediterranean sea and then to visit the snow covered Troodos Mountains for an afternoon skiing!
